ABSTRACT

This chapter explores the implementation of SBFC-based intervention programs from the perspective of the three collaborative partners: a university, a K-12 school, and a nonprofit. The purpose of this alternative descriptive case study is threefold.  First, it is meant to provide an example of how a school can expand SBFC programming through collaboration. Second, it provides insight into how one can develop SBFC programming through the structure of a nonprofit organization. Third, it details how university training programs can partner with local schools to deliver SBFC services.
