ABSTRACT

Active suspension has been researched to improve ride quality of railway vehicle for decades of years. Instead of simplified model, a full dynamic model including both the multi-body dynamic vehicle and electro-hydraulic servo control system is established, and then the strongly coupling relation between the two systems is analyzed qualitatively. Further comparison and analysis based on simulations indicate the control effect with different model and verify the dynamic matching of some critical parameters of the two systems. Finally, several conclusions are obtained to provide suggestions on the design of active suspension, which illustrates the significance of the full dynamic analysis.
