ABSTRACT
As a farmer, mother, and consumer, I truly consider myself to be “caught in the middle” in my previous life. I was a “traditional” farm wife — now, I am an extremely nontraditional farm wife. I’m probably uniquely qualified to address this subject because of the assortment of responsibilities that I assume throughout the year.
