ABSTRACT
To evaluate the reliability of software during validation with growth models is today no more sufficient. In case of large systems availability and/or safety design goals have to be met. So trade off have to be conducted in the earliest development phase. For hardware we have prediction models like these included in the Mil HDBK 217. For software there is quite nothing. Based on previous work we intend to present the most recent development performed by our Company in that field.
