ABSTRACT

Globally there is growing demand for the need to understand the impact of medical nanotechnology, especially in the field of emergency and preventive healthcare. Nanomedicine is defined as a science which highlights the use of molecular tools and knowledge of the human body for preventing diseases and traumatic injury, diagnosing, treating, preserving, and improving human health. The utilization of nanomedicine in the field of emergency trauma mitigation and preventive healthcare may provide medical professionals with the means to diagnose and overcome life threatening conditions and also paralyze the propagation of infectious diseases. Nano-based drug delivery systems, nano-chip-based diagnostics, nano-surgical interventions, protective 222nanoformulations, and nanodevices are a few of the novel medical tools that have currently surfaced in the field of healthcare.
