ABSTRACT
This chapter discusses Mugambi’s views of destiny and eschatology in the context of African theology and discourses on human destiny. The chapter begins with an overview of the literature on human destiny in Africa and argues that Mugambi’s perspectives draw from his African roots in contrast with some of the traditional views of destiny and eschatology in the Christian tradition.
