ABSTRACT

Financial education eorts and outcomes vary widely from state to state. Recurring surveys and reports including the Survey of the States from the Council on Economic Education (2014) bear this out with lists of states that include personal nance content in their states’ academic standards and/or require a personal nance course for graduation from high school. ese reports provide a snapshot of nancial education at a given point in time.
