ABSTRACT
This chapter has been written to provide the reader with insight to help them understand the benefit of flushing follicles during the egg collection procedure. The author of this chapter successfully invented a new single-lumen needle technology to replace double-lumen needles for the purpose of flushing follicles to achieve optimal amounts of turbulence and minimise the duration of the egg collection procedure.
