ABSTRACT

This conclusion presents some closing thoughts on the concepts covered in the preceding chapters of this book. The book addresses issues of gender equality across a wide range of businesses, organizations and cultural environments worldwide. It provides a number of lessons on overcoming challenges to gender equality in the workplace. The book also provides useful case studies, including examples of best practices and unique perspectives on gender equality in non-traditional workplaces such as the Church of England and the United States Military. It addresses factors beyond the workplace that can help foster greater gender equality at work.
