ABSTRACT
This chapter discusses lattice mismatch as one of the major noise
sources in the fully epitaxial spintronic devices and presents
methods of its optimization. The second part explains how the
related noise measurements could be converted into band edge
spectroscopy allowing obtaining information on the buried inter-
faces.
