ABSTRACT
This chapter explains about the logistics situation of northwest minority areas in China so as to design the multilingual agricultural products electricity supplier logistics information management system. It explores the problems in the construction of e-commerce logistics information system, the system’s overall solution, and the implementation of safety measures. With the development of Information Technology and the continuous innovation of the Internet technology, new things continue to emerge. E-commerce as a new business mode with the progress of technology that has deeply penetrated our life. The logistics is not only an important part of the e-commerce process, but also the basis for the steady development of e-commerce. Data encryption technology is the main security measures used in e-commerce, which can be used in the exchange of information in accordance with the requirements by the both sides of the transaction.
