ABSTRACT

A fire fighting lift is designed to transport firefighting services and equipment with unobstructed access to all floors of a building in a firefighting operation. Buildings of a more than 22, 5 m fireheight above ground must be equipped with firefighting lift sifat that height there are situated business premises classified under group 6 or 7 and more than 60 m. Firefighting lifts and their safety components have to meet general health and safety regulations. A firefighting lift can be used as a normal passenger lift at any time other than in the even to fire. Reliability of power supplies and circuitry is essential to the operation of a firefighting lift. The purpose of the contribution was to evaluate the calculation of the target residual risk.
