ABSTRACT
One of the main goals of any company is to maintain long term financial stability, since it must permanently evaluate results of its activities. Individual indexes of financial analysis confirm financial stability of the company as a tool for deep knowing of economical processes and events. This analysis help to find problems in given company, it presents also useful source of information about real situation for its managers. Contribution analyses financial situation of chosen tourism company in Slovakia. Authors used calculation of summary indexes for evaluation of present state of financial situation in subject, mainly by two methods: Altman model Z-score, and bankruptcy model that by the way of indexes file enables to determine probability, if the company is prospering or having problems, as well as Kraliček Quick test as bonity model, enabling to evaluate bonity of company. According achieved values of four indexes there was calculated index of bonity.
