Suppression of unfair competition in Poland

This article presents reflections on the legal aspects of suppressing unfair competition in Poland. The main normative act in this matter is The Suppression of Unfair Competition Act. It defines the concept of the act of unfair competition, identifies the individual types and forms the legal responsibility for commitment of act of unfair competition. In addition, it defines a catalog of claims for entities that have been affected by unfair competition.
