ABSTRACT

The paper deals with the problem of assessing the effectiveness and functionality of the process in terms of quality management system. The entire evaluation process is based on the philosophy of the Balanced Scorecard, which aims to assess the performance of the organization. Post gives key insights into the application of quantitative methods in quality evaluation processes. Evaluation of processes we provide on based of processes maps in the company. The emphasis in the evaluation we place on the main processes and processes related to the maintenance and continuous improvement of quality management system. Evaluation results indicate malfunctioning processes: internal audits, mold, development and laboratory testing, promotion and communication, production of materials. Evaluation processes is the foundation of quality management system in practice.
