ABSTRACT

In the real estate development process, rent-seeking behavior of the local government and developers is obvious; therefore, the regulatory authorities need to carry out its supervision. On the basis of the three-party rent-seeking game model, the dynamic evolution analysis is made on the choice of the behavior strategy of the local government and the regulatory authorities, and the evolutionary stable strategy is analyzed by using the dynamic equation and Jacobi matrix. At the same time, the evolutionary stable strategies of the three cases are simulated by using MATLAB, which simulates the ESS of the three cases and the specific impact of the endogenous variables on the final behavior strategy of the local government and the regulatory authorities. Finally, it not only analyzes the factors affecting the evolution of the game system, but also puts forward the management suggestions for the rent-seeking behavior of real estate development.
