ABSTRACT
There is a complex relationship between safety inputs and accidents. At present, many experts and scholars have carried out detailed analysis and research on the relations between the two, but the analysis of the safety input of the “people” in the composition of the safety input safety investment analysis of the influence of the whole enterprise is less. In this paper, large coal mining enterprises are taken as an example and combined with the Cobb-Douglas production function, the optimal value of the safety input of the enterprise is calculated, and the EXCEL table is used to express the relationship between the security inputs. Over the years, for the safety of investments, the enterprise has combined the composition of the safety management and safety training into a specific analysis, which reflects the current existence of China’s security education.
