ABSTRACT
Gender politics have unquestionably been transformed in the Labour Party over the decades since the Second World War, although from a feminist perspective there is still a long way to go. This is evident whether in terms of women’s presence in party and leadership roles, thinking in the party about gender issues including the influence of feminist ideas, or policies actually adopted or even to some degree implemented by the party.
