Of course, we all feel fed up and anxious from time to time. But we are not talking here about a passing bad mood, or feeling of hopelessness, but rather when a parent is in a persistently low state. Depression as a mood is transitory and you can do lots of things to adjust the biochemical imbalance in your brain to increase feel-good chemicals. You can see a friend, be with nature, do some exercise, listen to music, go to a lovely coffee bar, have a massage. You will feel better.
