ABSTRACT

The global struggle between the two superpowers, the US and USSR, continues to be heated. In the areas of Asia, Africa, and Latin America as a whole, the two superpowers, the US and USSR, are intensifying their struggle. The ultimate goal of the Vietnamese people's struggle was to expel US troops. The Soviet revisionists will intensify economic aid to the Vietnamese people after the Vietnam war comes to an end to balance out the influence in Vietnam. With the truce in Vietnam, the people of North Vietnam will acquire rest and consolidation and achieve economic reconstruction within a short period. Their chief means will be self-reliance, but, without international support, there will be difficulties. The US planes bombarded Vietnam too extensively and destroyed too much. Reconstruction will require some international support. The Chinese people will provide the Vietnamese comrades with necessary aid. The Soviet revisionists will also offer them rather considerable economic assistance.
