ABSTRACT
The visit of the head of US imperialism to China is a victory for the people of the entire world and renders bankrupt the China policy of the US The USSR and US are now dealing with us by means of dual tactics. The US invades Taiwan and Indochina and negotiates with our country at the same time. The Soviet revisionists deploy millions of soldiers along the Sino-Soviet border and simultaneously engage in negotiations on the border issue with us. The development of new internal power struggles and Brezhnev's reckless power grabbing are exemplified by the postponement of the Soviet revisionist Communist Party's twenty-fourth congress. Their domestic economy is in a mess, their five-year plan is unfulfillable. Their agricultural production targets have fallen through, the supply of commodities in cities is under stress, their social morality is decadent, and their society is tending to polarize into the two extremes of rich and poor.
