ABSTRACT
The national economic balance table differs from the balance tables used in the sectoral plans of the national economy. It is a comprehensive balance table to balance the whole national economic plan. The formulation of the national economic balance table is based on the sectoral balance tables of the national economy. Reproduction of the social product and of the relations of production are two integral aspects of the whole social reproduction process. There is no reproduction of the relations of production apart from the reproduction of the social product; and the production of the social product is carried on in the context of certain relations of production. The basis of social production is the production of material goods. Therefore, the most important part of the whole national economic balance table is the social product balance table. The social product balance table is the core of the whole national economic balance table.
