ABSTRACT
Albert: I do not think we should be telling Taiwan what percent of the National Legislature should be locally elected. After all we are not citizens of Taiwan. We do not pay taxes there. We do not have the right to tell Taiwan what to do. I think Taiwan would resent it, and it is also unfair.
