ABSTRACT
The continuous improvement by improving continuously (CIBIC) Cognitive Dynamics Sphere is a visual model for highlighting the connection between the inner drivers and the outer qualities. The benefit qualities include the three outer qualities that support the benefit-driven pursuit of excellence: economics, timeliness, and convenience. The COMPOSITE acronym highlights the nine outer qualities in their corresponding order: convenience, opinions, motivations, proficiencies, output, sustainability, influences, timeliness, and economics. Outer qualities dynamics coupled with constantly changing expectation and change management considerations introduce a number of new considerations into the outer qualities subject matter. Instead of using a very precisely structured narrative to describe the outer qualities, CIBIC uses a very basic narrative to describe each outer driver, promoting the inclusion of situational and industry specific white papers at a later date. To discount the value that the price and pay qualities have in modern societies is to discount the reality of how things really work in the modern world.
