ABSTRACT
While RDAs are new in England, they are not so new elsewhere in the United Kingdom. Along with Scotland, Wales has had a regional development agency for almost a quarter of a century. In this chapter we discuss some aspects of the relationship between the Welsh Development Agency and economic development in Wales.
