ABSTRACT
Technology allows organizations with shrinking professional development budgets to provide less expensive and more time-conscious training to employees. Creating webinars is a practical delivery method to meet these training needs if trainers have developed technical proficiency. Through a case study approach using a delivered webinar, this chapter provides trainers with a foundation in adult learning theory to create effective learning outcomes and in storytelling to build effective delivery method in the webinar modality.
