The chapter discusses the ways that an organization's culture can convey a message of exclusion in multi-diverse workplace. It explores the affective reactions and consequences of a non-inclusive organizational culture. Changing the culture means targeting levels of the organization that are influential in moving beyond awareness toward transforming the culture into one that is more open and receptive to the multiple forms of diversity that are emerging in the workplace.
