ABSTRACT
The Pilot has the ability to authoritative. This doesn’t mean being pompous or using jargon in speech. It means displaying confidence and showing they know what they are talking about. When times get tough, it is the Pilot who speaks calmly and gives assurance that ‘we will get through’ – galvanising teams into action.
