ABSTRACT
There are many books about principles and modes of leadership, change management and organisational design. Very few attempt to link the ideas with actual, specific outcomes. Some may make general claims of significant increases in productivity or efficiency but do not provide data. Perhaps the exceptions here are in specialist areas: the internationally recognised Dupont Workplace Safety Training programmes and modular training materials for the support and further development of safety professionals, line and operations managers and line supervisors , or in technical processes such as six sigma.
