ABSTRACT
It is important to make the statement again and again: ‘IT is the enabler for shared
services’. An SSO project and an SSO operation without IT support is unthinkable. Or,
in other words: shared services would not be possible without the opportunity
provided by today’s IT platforms and IT tools.
