ABSTRACT
The focus of this chapter is anti-discriminatory and anti-oppressive practice and working with children from ethnic minority backgrounds who are in care. Generally I am interested in the experiences of these children in the care system and in considering the issues that they face. More specifically I am interested in looking at the children's:
psychological wellbeing; as well as their emotional, cultural and educational development.
