ABSTRACT
People from all over Africa have settled in all parts of Western Europe in substantial numbers over the past thirty years.1 In many cases, it is the political and economic situation in Africa which forces people to move outside their country to look for work and security. From the little we know it is clear that the circumstances of migration are a vital factor in shaping the religious life of those concerned.2
