ABSTRACT
I would like to dedicate this chapter to the memory of Henrik Zahle. I got to know Henrik quite well over the years; we visited with our families, and I taught with him in Copenhagen for one semester. I valued him as a friend who had a rare capacity to inspire one to be a better person, by example even more than by word. He is and will be much missed.
