ABSTRACT
This is a chapter about gender segregation in work organizations. The first part deals with the problem area, the objective, the questions at issue, and the theoretical and analytical points of departure. The second and third parts present the findings of an empirical study and analyses of them. The chapter concludes with a summing-up discussion.
