ABSTRACT

As a musician and promoter, for me music has always been about sharing, about communication between artists and audiences. When music is good, naturally one hopes to bring it to the attention of the widest possible audience. When audiences hear good music, part of their benefit is to share something with the performers that they feel is of value and that otherwise would not have been part of their life. For the performers, part of the benefit is a sense of validation, not just of their ability, but also of what they have chosen to express through that ability.
