ABSTRACT
The significance of the formation and implementation of efficient youth policy for solving problems involving the youth in socioeconomic processes of development is acknowledged in all developed countries. This chapter deals with the most significant values of Russian youth in the new economic situation, which characterizes the potential of its involvement in determining the objectives of the development of the country. The ability of the youth to create development aims, develop strategies, and, correspondingly, implement the policy is doubted by most top-managers. The juvenation of governing bodies is often performed according to the manageability criterion of people introduced into management administration, but not on the basis of their ability to generate new ideas and defend their views. The research methods used are polls, questionnaires, and cluster analysis. The research included questionnaires of students, young lecturers, students who want to receive second university degree in several CFD regions, and students from Bulgaria.
