ABSTRACT

This chapter argues that human resources management activities are fundamental in the formation of all kinds of value chains. It provides an analysis of Gause DRKB MZ RT and its characteristics and human resources strategy of organization, and a SWOT analysis. Gause DRKB MZ RT is a multi-disciplinary clinic and provides all types of medical care for the children's population of the Republic of Tatarstan within the framework of the territorial program of state guarantees. DRKB provides the population with primary health care and specialized medical care on an outpatient basis, as well as emergency, specialized and high-tech care in a hospital, in accordance with the orders and the provision of medical care standards. The most supportive stakeholders are the internal stakeholders-senior managers and employees of DRKB Human Resources Department. The key role and significant place of the human resources management strategy in the hierarchy of the policies of a large medical company are clearly demonstrated.
