ABSTRACT
Employers' feedback is the result of the job performance review of the employee in the conduct of their duty. The result of the performance or the employers' feedback on the graduates of each university is very important to determine the capacity of the graduates when they enter the real world of work. This chapter examines the employers rated the clinical competencies as strong and functioning well on patient care competencies and empowering, enhancing, and enabling competencies, and they were satisfied with the work performance of the Lyceum of the Philippines University (LPU) nursing graduates. It aims to provide collect employers' feedback from the workplaces where the graduates are currently employed. The majority of the companies employed more than one Human Resource Management graduate from LPU. The graduates of BSHRM, especially those who are joining the skills competition are trained to work with a team in order to achieve LPU's goal of always being on top.
