The project management maturity (PMM) model concept is realizing increased popularity among education and business. Just as the business environment demands efficiency in controlling cost and time to complete projects, PMM models offer the opportunity to identify critical steps to accomplish the organizational goals in education and business (Demir and Kocabas, 2010).
