ABSTRACT
In the last 10 years, there has been a renewed interest by researchers in the topics of teams and team performance. This interest has sprung from two research tracks that have conceptually defined core construct(s) (i.e., specifying what a team is), and empirically validated team-related measures and theories, particularly with respect to team behaviors.
