ABSTRACT
During 40 years of teaching, my work has received more accolades than it deserves. One of the most treasured of these is being honored with Bill McKeachie by distinguished colleagues and meritorious teachers who wrote and edited chapters for this book. All of these people have enriched my life, and I thank them very much.
