ABSTRACT

The research questions addressed in this volume are: What happens over time to the identity of a group leading an organizational change effort? What is the relationship between the identity of such a group and its actions? What is the relationship between a group leading an organizational change effort and other stakeholders, and how is this relationship linked with the group’s identity and actions? And, finally, how great is the vitality of the change agent group and the change effort? These questions are all ways into describing the triangle model of change agent group dynamics that ex­ plores the source of a change agent group’s life.
