Taking on English Writing in a Bilingual Program: Revisiting, Reexamining, Reconceptualizing the Data

In this chapter, I revisit a study conducted a decade ago. I reexamine and critique the theoretical framework used, the research questions asked, and the data-collection techniques used. I also consider how my interpretations might have been different if I had used a different or an additional theoretical framework from the one employed, and if I had taken a more critical perspective with regard to the findings.
