ABSTRACT
Psoriasis is a complex disease to manage. It may present with wide ranging severity affecting vastly different parts of the body. Very limited areas to very diffuse generalized disease can be present, and the character of the lesions may vary from minimal redness to thick scaly red plaques. The various presentations add to the complexity in choosing treatment.
