ABSTRACT
While leaving the pelvis and entering the thigh, the obturator nerve passes through a fibro-osseus tunnel, the obturator tunnel. Compression of the obturator nerve can mimic many different disorders, ranging from herniated discs to nerve compression at other levels in the pelvis.
