ABSTRACT
Tuberous sclerosis presents with adenoma sebaceum (facial angiofibromas), periungual fibroma, shagreen patch (connective tissue nevus), and ash leaf spots (white oval macules). It is associated with rhabdomyomas and angiomyolipomas of the kidneys.
