ABSTRACT
Surveys made worldwide revealed similar job descriptions, guidelines, and practices regarding workload among high-resource countries and more diverse ones in medium-and lowresource regions. In low-resource regions, the practice is more dicult to compare and a standard is more dicult to set, as only part of the population is treated. e average gure for these regions may produce a much worse result than the real stang level in particular institutions.
