The noticeable manifested symptoms of diabetes include increased thirst (polydipsia), increased urination (polyuria), increased appetite (polyphagia), excessive fatigue, unexplained weight loss, and body irritation. Diabetes is the most common form of noncommunicable disease globally and the fourth leading cause of death in developed countries (Amos et al., 1997). Present statistics indicate that there are around 200 million diabetic people worldwide.
