ABSTRACT
User data need to be propcrly communicated to designers when setting up uscr centred design specifications . In many cases, first hand field data -mostly unstructured primary data in pictorial, audio, visual or textual formats collected by researchers-needs to be accuratcly and effectively communicated to designers, which needs structure and organisation. Challenges will arisc in the process of structuring such data.
