While we do this, think of the preparatory issues we have discussed and associate them with timelines, evidentiary rules, evidence and testimony admissibility rules, and how to œt our coordination to reduce the problems inherent in “inevitable discovery.” Also, think of matters regarding searches, warranted or nonwarranted, or regarding interviews, when they turn into custodial or remain noncustodial.
